Wish I knew about Visible sooner. Was extremely easy to switch over with no delay and bringing my own phone. Saving hundreds of dollars, I would highly recommend! Use the exact same tire towers as Verizon

It was pretty easy to transfer my service and number from Verizon Wireless. It was not well explained that some numbers in my contact list would have trouble texting me at first- do better with this. The price is outstanding and the service is just fine. I got a small discount for "referring" a new customer. The new customer was supposed to also get $10 off with a coupon code. The code was not accepted when he set up his Visible account. I consider that false advertising-you must do better

It was easy to transition over from a big carrier. I've only had maybe 3 calls dropped which is nothing. other than that the service and features are great and I save big money.

I switched from T-Mobile thinking the service would improve, it did not and is very similar. Very disappointed in the service/reception. You cannot contact them directly you have to start with the internet and when they finally call back it takes hours.

Coming from a Premium Verizon to a Premium Visible plan, I haven’t noticed any difference, besides that my bill is less than half the price for the same service.

Everything is fine except for international calling. I have not been able to connect on calls to Great Britain.

The network is good for the price. Great discounts!

Visible is has always been THAT girl.

This is my second time on visible. The first time I was a customer for a year then switched to postpaid. 6 months after switching to postpaid, I paid my phone completely off and came back to visible where I will stay. Its a no brianer. I have unlimited premium 5g and with the promotions it only costs $30 a month! Im a lifelong customer.

Unbelievably hard to get a real person to add service or answer any concerns. The first day of every month my data isn't available for hours. Try to find out why?,good luck. Want to add home internet?,not without fighting with AI!!! Sadly if this phone company had a PHONE number with real customer service, They would be 5 stars.

don't do it. I switched and now have no cell phone service. after talking to a robot for ten minutes, a live agent still wasn't able to help me. not worth the small savings per month. I went crawling back to my old carrier

I am a rural area customer. I have very few dropped calls. I signed up because I don’t have internet and I enjoy watching movies. Visible is true to its word. They have not slowed my service down. This is a very reliable company.

I had Verizon since before it was Verizon and I have the exact same service, yet I'm not paying $600 a month. It's great. Highly recommend! It's easy to pay on the app or autopay, I'm super happy I switched!

Worst company ever. Seriously. Tried to port my sister’s number and start cell service with them and they messed up the activation. They now have her number hostage because they can’t port it out of their system until it’s active, and she has no service and is unable to call someone if she has an emergency.
Customer service is terrible. They don’t care about you. They just run you in circles saying “it’s with a higher team” and giving no information about what’s actually going on, then disconnect you from chat. Once you finally get someone to call you after hours (because Visible does not have a customer care line), they do the same run around and then when you ask them what you’re supposed to do, they throw a case number at you and tell you not to contact them again because you’ll get bumped to the bottom of the queue. Absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable and unprofessional. I was excited to be on what was supposed to be one of the best discount cell plans, but I will now be looking elsewhere. I highly suggest trying somewhere else, as well. Don’t get caught up with Visible and end up with no service and no phone number.
