Only one drive arrived unsatisfactory and Server Part Deals not only took care of me fully but handled everything very fast. All of the other drives arrived exactly as advertised and have all cleanly passed full read and writes across the entire drive. The only thing I would like to see different is a record of the length of warranty included on a purchase, as the listing goes away and if you did not record it before that, it seems it cannot be found anywhere. Other than that, I couldn't ask for a better experience and they have definitely earned my loyalty.

I am giving this a 4-star rating because while the customer support was truly exceptional, the lack of clear upfront disclosure on import fees for international buyers creates unnecessary difficulty.

I had to initiate an RMA for three defective SSDs. As an international customer, my biggest concern was avoiding being double-taxed on customs duties and VAT for the replacement shipment. The support team handled this flawlessly. They confirmed they would manage the customs declaration for the warranty return, provided a prepaid shipping label for the return, and were proactive in chasing the package when it was delayed in transit with FedEx.

Both of them were faulty, didn't even turn on and were unreadable by both NAS and PC.

This scammy company asked ME to pay the shipping (100$, intl shipping) and also the dared to ask me to pay 30$ more. For what?

I will never buy from them again and I am worried that I won't get my money back.
