The original order I put it was tested and failed the quality assessment. I was contacted by Jasmine and made aware right away. Communication with Jasmine was prompt and professional. We were able to get a new device sent my way and got all my questions answered. There was direct communication throughout every step in of the delivery process. And even when the tracking information had issues (on the shipping companies side), Jasmine worked hard to keep me updated and insure I got my order. Once the device got here, it work perfectly and was as advertised.
