Ordered via whatnot on 7th and the ordered hasn’t been shipped yet. Was then told on the 13th it would be shipped but no. I understand issues arise but communication is key. I don’t even know if I want it anymore. I’ve had orders with other sellers made after this date that arrived before. I also have to go onto their lives to get someone to acknowledge the problem. I’m quite disappointed & now it appears they have blocked me…

Stay away from this site - never deliver and no response
Stay away from this site. Ordered my items and paid for a next day delivery. Order stated dispatched but after 1 week of chasing support nothing was ever delivered. Reached out on many occasions and was told to wait for a response then the replies stopped. I feel that once I had paid for the order they literally lost interest or never intended to deliver. Great prices…but be warned (usually to good to be true)

Don’t respond in web chat once a person…
Don’t respond in web chat once a person is required rather than a chatbot. Got my order today which I’m happy with, but laundry detergent had leaked in the box which was no biggie I just contacted them to suggest that they don’t package it lying down (not rocket science). I have used DD quite a lot over the years and have always been satisfied but it really does irk me when companies simply ignore customers.
