Product not delivered
Some how the house # was dropped from the shipment and was subsequently returned to Monster Bolts, I was changed, never got the product.... wondered if it was a scam because my card was hacked 2 days later... don't know...

After reviewing the shipment, it appears the house number was omitted from the shipping address provided with the order. As a result, the package could not be delivered and was ultimately returned to us by the carrier.
We understand how frustrating that can be. Unfortunately, once a package is returned due to an incomplete address, we have no ability to complete the delivery without updated information from the customer.
Regarding the concern about your card being compromised, we have no indication that this was related to your order with Monster Bolts. We do not store customer credit card information on our systems, and payment processing is handled through secure third-party providers.

Had the exact (weird) size I needed!!!
I have been trying for years to find just the right size bolt to secure replacement drawer pulls for our dresser. Turns out they were M06 7/8" in length panheads. Good luck finding that at the hardware store - they only come in 1/4" increments. I needed 7/8", not 1/2" (too short - would strip out), or 1" (too long for the pull!).
Thankfully, Monster Bolts had every kind of screw you could conceive of. They had the perfect size, and I had it less than a week after ordering. This fixed a problem I had for years, and for a reasonable price. Thanks!!!

Impeccable quality and price
Monster Bolts has become my first choice for screws and hardware. Everything always arrives clean, rust‑free, and ready to use — something I definitely can’t say about the stores I have nearby.
I’ll keep buying from them because the quality is just too good, but the shipping to Puerto Rico takes a long time. If they improve that, they’d be perfect.
