This device completely exceeded my expectations.

Since I spend a massive amount of time at my desk, bad posture had become a chronic issue for me. I tried various solutions to beat it, but nothing worked long-term until I came across this device. You just attach it to your upper spine using either the necklace or the adhesive, pair it with your phone, and it vibrates to warn you the second you start slouching.

If your back and core muscles have weakened and lost their flexibility from years of slouching, you might experience some initial back pain just like I did. However, your body adapts quickly, and you soon find yourself standing and sitting tall much longer and more comfortably.

The biggest game-changer here is the immediate feedback. Science proves that instant feedback is the most crucial factor in habit formation, and that is exactly what this device delivers. Another huge plus is how it helps you pinpoint exactly when and where you tend to slouch. For instance, I already knew I slouched in front of the screen, but this device made me realize I was doing it in other situations without even noticing, which was incredibly eye-opening. It can also tell the difference between bad posture and natural movements like bending over to pick something up or leaning in to eat, so it doesn't vibrate unnecessarily.

Once you start maintaining upright posture, you not only feel better, more energetic, and more confident, but you also notice a real shift in how people perceive and treat you. That is why I absolutely recommend it.

I used to wear posture braces for long periods to stay upright, but they actually made me a bit dependent and lazy over time. When I saw this device, I wanted to give it a try and it’s truly impressive. Thanks to its gentle reminder feature, it alerts you when your posture starts to worsen without causing discomfort, helping you stay upright consistently. Very successful product, thank you!

I ordered this as a gift for my wife since she works at a desk most of the time and has some back issues. She wore it for a few days, but unfortunately it didn’t work well for her. About 90% of the time it indicated that she was sitting straight, even though that wasn’t actually the case.

The idea behind the product is really great, and I think it could be helpful for many people. However, in our case, it just wasn’t the right fit.

I would also like to especially highlight the support team — they helped us resolve the issue quickly and efficiently. We truly appreciate their assistance.

It works great! Biggest problem I faced was posture awareness and kodgem straight+ solved this. My bracelet was not working properly they send me a new one immedietaly. They really are putting the customer first.

I have a bad posture for years due to endless sitting Infront of a computer and slowly sinking in and start slouching. I tried some of these support harnesses out there, but I always found them annoying to wear and to put on. In the end they don't really train your back and your mind to sit and stand straight. As soon as I put them off, I started slouching again.
I new hat I actually had to train my back muscles to hold the straight posture again and my mind to always keep that position.
I knew that I needed just some kind of reminder and started looking online. Then I found Kodgem and I was curious.
I ordered and now I'm wearing it the second day with the necklace. I already have the feeling that this actually works out well.
Yes there still can be some optimizations. When I bend over to to pick something up it often starts vibrating and I felt like the data inside the app could be more accurate. But still it's only there to make something visible. It's good to see but not necessary for your goal to stand or sit straight.
The first to days are a bit painful, as my body doesn't know how stand straight for a long time, but this is exactly what I need to train these muscles again.

I can truly recommend this beautiful product! Good design, lightweight, small easy to set up and to wear.

Only one thing is putting me off and that's the price, I feel like $80 would be a good selling point and more people would get into it.
Maybe in the future the company can reduce the price as it grows. It not easy for start-ups to make money of a small production with not as many sales as the big players.

Keep it up Kodgem! As Produktdesigner who still studies, this is a great example for a good idea and produce.

They’ve set the bar really high in both design and ergonomics. Its lightness is incredible; you forget it’s even on your back. The posture-correcting effect is felt immediately, and it doesn’t cause any discomfort even during long use. It’s more functional than I expected and adapts very easily to daily life.

Great reminder to stand up tall. So far less back pain!

I realized months delayed that I forgot the kickstarter campaign. I could restart the process of supplying the delivery address and received an acknowlege within a day. The order left the other day.
