I love this company
I love this company. They have a great product, they ship promptly and package them well. They have a lot of detail in the sets, with lighting and great variety. They truly care about their products and customers. This is one of my go to companies for brick builds.

Just started set #2!…
New one arrived just as I was finishing the previous one. I LOVE the details in these! Tracking is great. Instructions are fairly clear. Only had one minor instruction issue with the last one. Never thought I would be doing 10,000 piece sets and enjoying it!

Normally great products but we’re already missing parts by page 7 and again page 15. This kit is very expensive and I would have expected better quality control. My young son has saved up for a long time for the kit and is upset that he can’t build it.

Missing pieces.
I bought the twilight motel set and found numerous pieces missing. You can contact them by scanning the qr code then filling an online questionnaire and uploading photos. If I did this the build would take much longer.
