Ordered a baby shower gift thru a service I use which made it super easy but I didn’t notice it was being sent to me. I called to change it and they referred me to the email address. I requested it be sent to another address and it was very easy. Problem solved.

First of all i don’t do much reviews and idk why that is unless the priduct or the sales person is totally a ive and beyond the expectations. Lori was the sales person at Baby bambi when I first walked in and greeted me, she was so sweet that is a must to mention first very kind and not pushy at all. First she asked me what I was looking for and from there on she went with me towards the back to show me all available products that they had on the floor and whatever I was looking for. I already had in mind what I want and she went on fully to explain all the information about the product itself and how good it is I asked her honest opinion and she definitely definitely did advise me that that was one of the best strollers that they had in the store, other ones are just as good but this one was top-of-the-line. We’ve chatted a lot not just of all the product or what I was purchasing but about personal stuff and so on. She is an amazing truly amazing human being and I love her for that I’m totally satisfied with her sales skills and all the explanation she did and demonstration plus the product itself sell I suggest if you guys are looking to buy something and especially new mommies and that is that are going to be Baby bambi store in Melville is store to go to and ask for Lori she is the one even though the other ladies were nice but i so happened to deal with Lori, and she is my girl from now on because I’m sure that I will be going back and buying more stuff for our upcoming baby granddaughter which we are very happy and very impatiently waiting for.Thank you Jesus for the blessing you have blessed us with.🙏🏼♥️💕🙏🏼

We originally went to Bambi baby to look at all the different stroller options. All the workers were so knowledgeable and helpful. We went to a couple different other stores in the mean time deciding which one we ultimately wanted to get. We came back to Bambi baby to order the stroller!! It arrived super quick to our house!

We purchased our Thule stroller (costing over $1500 USD) from Bambi Baby, and while the sales experience was excellent, our post-purchase customer service experience was among the worst retail experiences we have ever had.
We visited the store because the front wheel of our stroller was repeatedly getting stuck and would not turn properly while pushing it. This was not a minor inconvenience—it affected the stroller's usability and made it difficult to maneuver. Chris personally inspected the stroller and experienced the issue himself. However, the moment his associate and manager, Mohammed, became involved, Chris immediately changed his position and claimed there was no issue. What was particularly unprofessional was that Chris then walked away from the interaction entirely without acknowledging us, answering our remaining questions, or helping resolve the situation.
Before visiting the store, we also contacted Liah through Bambi Baby's WhatsApp chat. On the surface, she appeared kind and willing to help, but in practice very little was actually done to move the issue toward a resolution. Throughout our interactions, she repeatedly emphasized that she was "doing us a favor," which was surprising given that we had purchased a premium stroller costing nearly $1,500. We were not asking for special treatment—we were simply seeking reasonable support for a product purchased from their store. Remember all this was within the first two weeks of us purchasing the stroller. We were at day 14-15 of the stroller usage.
What was equally disappointing was the stark contrast between the sales experience and the customer service experience. During the sales process, the team was attentive, responsive, and eager to help because they wanted to earn our business. Once the sale was completed and we needed assistance, that attentiveness and customer focus seemed to disappear. Liah, who I understand is the store manager, also never acknowledged the unprofessional behavior we experienced or made any meaningful effort to address our concerns about how we were treated.
Throughout the interaction, Chris appeared more interested in texting on his phone and communicating with others than engaging with us directly. I called him out on this and he said he was seeing online youtube videos on how to fix the wheel. Instead of focusing on understanding and resolving our concern, he came across as dismissive and uninterested in helping. As customers standing in front of him seeking support, we expected basic professionalism and attention, neither of which we received.
The most shocking part of the experience was what Mohammed told us. He stated that once a stroller leaves the store, Bambi Baby is not responsible for any service-related issues. According to him, even if parts were missing, not operational, or something was wrong with the stroller, it would be entirely the manufacturer's responsibility and not the store's. We were told to contact the company directly for any issues. Since our stroller was not available in the store (they only had the model pc) they had shipped our stroller to our residence.
As customers who spent nearly $1,500 on a premium stroller, hearing that a retailer takes no responsibility whatsoever once a product leaves the store was both surprising and disappointing. We were not asking for a replacement or refund—we were simply seeking assistance, guidance, and support regarding a product issue.
At no point did anyone apologize for the inconvenience, acknowledge our concerns, or take ownership of helping us find a solution. Instead, we were made to feel like an inconvenience for asking for support after making a significant purchase.
What makes this experience especially disappointing is the complete disconnect between how customers are treated before a sale and how they are treated afterward. Before the purchase, everyone was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. After the purchase, when we needed assistance, that level of service vanished.
A company truly demonstrates its commitment to customers when problems arise—not when it is making a sale. Based on our experience with Chris, Mohammed, and the lack of meaningful support from management, Bambi Baby fell far short of the level of professionalism, accountability, and customer care we expected. We would strongly encourage prospective customers to consider not only the purchasing experience, but also what happens if they need support after the sale.

I found what I was looking for. For this, it is 5 star. But, I feel like they could be better in Customer Service. On the store we they seemed to not have any patience or interest in selling. I bought in this store because I did not have time to go look in another place, otherwise I would've bought anything there.
