Pretending to be the Airline

We got scammed! We called who we thought was the Airline Allegiant. Sera pretended to be from Allegiant and we had to cancel our flights due to a medical emergency. She ended up charging us $198 for canceling our $462 flights. I demand an immediate refund! Allegiant has no idea who you are and said Sera does not work for them. We were taken advantage of as Senior citizens.

I thought I was talking with someone from Expedia to help change my flights. Bryce did help me with the change. However, he did not tell me that he was charging me $424.88 which has been charged to my credit card. He also encouraged me to go to the reviews and give him a good one.

Brock was so kind. He had so much information and was so patient with me when I was trying to make the decision of which cruise we wanted to take. He kept me informed throughout the process.
