Easy, fast and good quality
The printing itself was easy, fast and impeccable in quality! The only downside was royal mail tearing the packaging down to the printed paper itself, but luckily the only slight damage was slight indents on the edges of some pages. Will definitely be using them again - great value for money!

Unprompted review
Disappointing Hardcover Quality
I ordered three hardcover books and, while they were delivered on time, the quality was very disappointing and not at all what I expected for the price.
The books had several issues: misaligned pages, pages coming loose, poor gluing/binding, and even some pages assembled in the wrong order.
For hardcover books, I expected a much higher durability & standard, especially considering the cost.
