The website searching, ordering, and delivery process was great. It would have been better for the description to more clearly explain that the helmet was a reproduction and what that means as far as differences with an "official" collegiate football helmet.

I emailed customer service, a response was received, and the problem was identified within a day. The item was received two days later and ‘on time’ for my purposes.
