I'll start with the good. They are very responsive in the beginning. Once you pay, communication slows down, A LOT. I requested a custom WWE spinner belt with a Portland Trailblazers spinner. Cost: $750. The initial digital image looked really good. Then the belt came. It was NOTHING like i described or shown. The Abdul said "oh there was a mixed up in understanding what you wanted versus what the production made." The belt was horrible like no one inspected it, the quality was trash, and it was like a kid made the belt (after doing some research, I think that is actually the case). Cheap stones were used, some fell off, a button broke on the first use and none of the gold plating was smooth. Abdul apologized and offered to fix it. Ok cool. I had to pay an additional $350 (after constant negotiations) because I was getting a more TV accurate version. HELLO! that is what i wanted initially. But because this was for my wife i complied and payed the $350. He stated he would up dated me weekly (which he did not), give me photos and videos (zero videos and only random photos) which i had to ask for. So now, the 2nd belt arrives. It's heavier and it's worse than the 1st belt!! How can that be?!?! The gold plating was terrible and chipped, the brack which said the word CHAMP was broken underneath, a different color stones were used and it did not look symmetrical, the spinner was loose, the leather looked like it was dragged on the ground. Its like this belt was used in a championship match on TV. Now check this, here is the fix......I have to go buy an acrylic gold pen and fix their mistakes and no solution was offered for the broken bracked. Then I was told to fix the loose spinner. Ok but the the screws were UNDER THE LEATHER! I then replied for wanted a partial refund of $500 max and said no because I had 2 belts he tried to fix thr errors. It's not my fault your production team and inspection team (which is probably children after doing research) SUCKS. So case in point, they got me for over $1000 for 2 crazy belts that now I have to spend extra to fix. STAY AWAY if you are doing custom products with this company.

We have done 5 belts so far, and the experience has been great. It is easy to communicate, make revisions, and get everything done without any problems. The final products look awesome!

The belt is of high quality. The craftsmanship and attention to details were excellent! The ordering process was simple with the help of Abdul. Communication was through email only but responses were quick. The customization was also easily done. I do suggest reviewing all the belts in the gallery to help with getting ideas on your final product. There is so many options. I would definitely use them again if i need another product like this. Very satisfied with the end product.

Abdul and his team are AWESOME! I grew up a die hard wrestling fan and this belt exceeded my high expectations in every way. Abdul was phenomenal, checking in regularly and sending me photos of the belt in progress to make sure every detail was in line with what I was looking for. These belts are super high quality (I still can't get over the sheer weight and size) - and if your experience with Abdul is anything like mine, you will NOT be disappointed!!!! Still great quality, just for the price, there are screws protruding through the leather backing and the case is coming apart a little on the inside. Would like to see a little more care with the price one pays. Great customer service though. Otherwise it would’ve been 5 stars again.

Been over 2 months and received nothing as of yet....

Abdul did EVERYTHING I asked. I wasn't even sure it would be able to be done but he did it. I love the belt. It is very heavy but the quality is superb. I couldn't have asked for anything more. If I did, he'd probably be able to do that too. Nice job. Abdul is the man... but I AM THE MAN when I walk in with this regalia!!!

The response was right away when I sent the idea of what I wanted, The when I was sent a picture of the same of what it was going to look like that made it even better.

I came across ARM Championship Belts website in a panic with a last minute request for a belt for our Employee of the year. I worked with Abdul and he was FANTASTIC! He was very responsive, he worked with me on the design of the belt I did do s few changes and he was very professional and patient with me. He guaranteed me delivery within 2 weeks which was amazing. He was very communicative from the start till the belt was delivered. I will be using them for our company employee of the year belt from now on.
