Association Governance
Introduction
This section has details of how we are governed, including current and previous copies of annual reports and details of Annual General Meetings. The National Residential Landlords Association was formed in April 2020 from the merger of the National Landlords Association and the Residential Landlords Association.
Organisation Governance
The NRLA is a not-for-profit organisation, limited by guarantee rather than by shares, which means any financial surplus it derives goes back into the business for the benefit of its members. Details of how the organistaion is run are set out in the follwoing Articles of Association.

The Annual General Meeting of the NRLA took place on Wednesday 19th November 2025 at 10am.

National Residential Landlords Association
The NRLA held its Annual General Meeting online on Tuesday 7th November 2023. At this meeting the following were agreed: 1) to note the Annual Report and Financial Statements for 2022/23 and 2) confirm re-appointment Moore Kingston Smith as the auditors for a further year.
