Very nice experience during the ISTA installation process which was done remotely by one of their experts. The process was a total success and was finalized yesterday with the ICOM Next firmware update. I’m convinced that without technician’s help I wouldn’t have been able to go through this entire process flawlessly as he did. I will recommend Diag tools to others as well.
