I received the cable, past when the person who was helping said I would receive it. I feel this company needs to provide clearer details on how long shipping takes and not say 2 days when it took close to 20 days. I am satisfied otherwise.

Downloaded BMW Tools with NCS Expert and had Diag Tools remote in and install on my laptop. They gave me the interface to allow the remote work and I communicated with the technician on What’s App to answer his questions for the setup. It took a while but it was worth my time trying to load everything correctly. The remote work was a free service and it was done well after normal working hours. Connected to my 2006 E90 and everything works well. Only issue is everything is in German on NSC Expert, butt AI can guide me through it fine.

I couldn’t get the software to start. He answered fast, and remotely fixed it thru Ultraviewer. He fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Nothing to complain about🙌🏻 Again thank you so much guys!

Paid for PSDZDATA, ISTA+, and E-SYS, but E-SYS was not functioning correctly. Support did not provide a working solution. Currently waiting for a proper resolution/refund. Disappointing experience so far.
