I'm shocked by the power of the blower

I'm shocked by the power of the blower! There was an issue with the shipper, but vortex customer service to care of everything. I couldn't be more pleased with both the product and the service!

Really appreciate this. Being shocked by the power and then having us clean up a shipper issue in the background is the balance we’re always trying to hit: strong tool, no drama when something around it goes sideways.

There's was some initial issues with…

There's was some initial issues with the delivery of my blower by the transport company. But the team at Vortex Haus was EXTREMELY HELPFUL in communicating with the delivery company and making sure I received my blower. I was shocked at it's power when I first used it. I'm always skeptical of products I see on reels, but this one actually performs BETTER in real life than it does on the videos.
