Instructions for drop-off state that no printer is required. However, I was turned away from two separate drop off points who all stated I needed to have printed a label at home before I dropped it off. I don’t have a printer so this was not something I could do. Would appreciate some honesty from DPD which would have allowed me to plan ahead rather than trek to all the different drop off points just to be sent away.

My parcels were so easy to send! Thanks!
