Not delivered on time

Parcel was meant to be next day delivery
The supplier phoned and confirmed that DPD had not collected the package so it would be late I had to arrange delivery charge refund which was an inconvenient process.

Drop off instructions claim that we don’t need a printer… we do.

Instructions for drop-off state that no printer is required. However, I was turned away from two separate drop off points who all stated I needed to have printed a label at home before I dropped it off. I don’t have a printer so this was not something I could do. Would appreciate some honesty from DPD which would have allowed me to plan ahead rather than trek to all the different drop off points just to be sent away.
