A better experience this time round. Still seems to be a lot of waiting around for the customer. All the staff we dealt with were all very good, especially Steven T of the orange team.
The only bit of unprofessionalism we saw was the general/showroom manager having a bit of a ‘go’ at another member of staff. This should be done out of the sight of the public/customer.

It was all so easy and straightforward. Brilliant communication. Quickly sorted out.Wish I had used this service sooner.

Fantastic company which I will use over and over again! The service is second to none. The delivery is super quick and the packaging is wonderful and smells divine! I love the little personal touch they include in the order too! The magnesium spray works wonders on my restless legs and achy joints, and recently found out that is great for back pain too! I have recommended this product to many friends and family.

Fantastic service and 2 of the best delivery men, Will and Nick. They phoned in the morning to say what time they would be arriving. Very helpful and careful with getting the sofa in. They removed the packaging for us and put the feet on the sofa! These gents are a credit to SCS!

Very kind and non pushy sales lady ( sorry I can not remember her name). Very knowledgeable. Ordered my sofa very quickly. The store is lovely and clean and airy. All the sofas are neatly presented. I can not wait for my sofa to be delivered. I would definitely go to this store again.
