One of the greatest purchases I had from a famous company. This type of dealership worth a great reviews all the time. They understand what we need, they give their time on us and make our purchase more premium and exciting!
I purchased an ID4 from Volkswagen and before they sale me the car they been through alot of checks as well as removed scratches and marks which I showed to them and overall they did a perfect job.

Purchased a Kia picanto and from start to finish the whole process, everyone at Available Car were friendly and professional.
Myself and my husband visited both sites on different occasions to see the vast selection of cars and have a look at the various models as I was wanting to downsize, but I couldn’t decide on a particular model.
After sitting in a few different models I decided to test drive a picanto and immediately fell in love with it.
Staff from both sites were extremely helpful yet none of them felt pushy or intimidating.
I ultimately purchased from Sutton in Ashfield.
The children’s play area is a welcomed distraction for youngsters and helps keep them happy during the paperwork process. We made great use of this fabulous facility with our 2 year old toddler and they also have a games console for the older children that our 11 year old found extremely useful.
I would highly recommend Available Car for their customer service as I feel that they care a great deal about providing a huge range of cars to suit all budgets and make the whole experience as smooth as possible.
The staff were also great at making my two children happy and offered them some colouring pens and paper when they had finished playing in the play area.
There is also free drinking water and vending machines available to make your experience enjoyable and comfortable.
All cars were immaculate and the Kia Picanto that I have purchased looks as good as if it had never been used, so all those who are behind the scenes such as the mechanics and valet workers also deserve recognition for their hard work too.
My car needed a new tyre, service and MOT before being ready for Sale and everything has been done to an amazing standard in the preparation department.
I decided to have Diamond shine added to my car before collection to protect my cars paint and keep its showroom glossy shine however, I didn’t at all feel pressured into buying this added extra.
Overall I am extremely happy with my experience and I absolutely love my new car.

This is the second car I've bought from Available Car and, once again, I've been impressed. Loads of choice, no pressure or hard sell (even on the warranty, dash cam and paint protection add-ones) and friendly service all the way. The staff talk to you on a level and are honest enough to admit that they might not have the answer before going and finding out.
The only thing I would mention is when I actually picked the car up and completed the paperwork, the sales advisor just said cheerio and left me to walk out the back door to where the car was and sort myself out for exiting the compound. Would have been nice if he'd walked to the car with me, checked I was all good to go, and made sure I was confident driving through the other vehicles coming and going from test drives. Not a biggie - just an observation - it would have been a really nice bit of closure for the deal.

Red team manager William bird was not thorough seems as though he just wanted a quick sale. Did not explain that tax had to be renewed at post office due to it being ex mobility. I found this out because the manager from the castle donnington store rang me and informed me! This is poor, it also seemed that the handover team are used to cleaning up your mistakes! Shame on you, manager, really?

Was not very good to start with went from phone calls to not getting phone calls finally I asked to speak to manager had to go into showroom twice before I was seen by Jamie then everything went ok after that

I asked for a purchase quote on line for my wife's very low mileage VW Golf in excellent condition.
When I attended the dealership 5 of the staff spent over 40 minutes checking it over inspecting every panel and body gap and then said they wouldn't buy it is I worked as a mechanic.
I feel that they were just looking for any pathetic excuse because they had maybe over quoted what they would pay.
So much for being available - customer service and honesty certainly wasn't,
Very good and honest service from start to finish. Lewis and Robert were particularly helpful.

Bombarded with emails daily, as once did a PX valuation. Despite clicking on “unsubscribe”. Just says “already unsubscribed”, and they continue emailing daily. Useless. Will be referring the matter to the ICO

Test drives, very good. The young lady who did the paper work on the same day was excellent. The only thing that let things down slightly was when I turned up for the appointment to exchange cars was kept waiting around an hour. Very happy with the new car.

This is our 4th car bought from Available Car so we must be happy with your service. Stuart was very helpful when we test drove the cars.
The one fly in the ointment so to speak, was today. The time we were given to collect the car was 11.20 and we arrived at 11.10 and checked in. We were given a number and asked to take a seat which we did. At 12.00 I enquired if we had been forgotten . The answer was no, they even confirmed what time we had checked in. It would have been nice if someone had approached us and others waiting to apologise and that we hadn't been forgotten. We appreciate it can be difficult at times not to overrun by the nature of the job but a 40 minute plus delay is not acceptable without any information.
Finally, on a positive note, when eventually seen, Oliver was very pleasant and efficient.
