This is an update--
I would now give a minus 20
I tried the patchesfor a week but the glue they use caused my skin to get a rash. After contacting the company I was told " no refunds if product not damaged"
I would love to be able to warn people b4 they buy that this is a big rip off.

The whole tour was brilliant from start to finish. Our driver Steve couldn't do enough to help us. He took the time to ask us if we were comfortable.
I have epilepsy and he made sure I was okay.
The guide Ann was so knowledgeable. She looked after us so well.
The hotels were fantastic especially the Abbey hotel in Donegal the breakfast was superb, the evening meal was 3 courses and the staff were excellent.
The tours were wonderful.

I am so unhappy with this company on 2 fronts.
1) I saw it advertised on Instagram and like a fool I went onto its website/page filled out the forms with all my details and I do mean all for Just the introductory course for 28days but before I finished the transaction I left it. I did not agree to do it but not only did it take the money for the introductory course it also charged me for a coach the total being over £70. I emailed straight away and they replied saying I won't be charged for any further subscriptions ( for one part of the course ) but nothing about refunding my money. And
2) Even though they replied to my email ( the sameone given on the account) When I tried to access the account it said the account does not exist so I am being charged for something that on paper does not exist.
This is an update.
1) they are going to refund the money that has been taken from my account.
16/4/24 update.
I would like to thank Betterme for the the way they have delt with my problem they have refunded the monies taken from my account and have replied by email to my concerns.
On that basis I am changing by star rating.

Where do I start. We tried to switch from talk talk to bt on the 23/12/21. Things have just gone from bad to worse. Talk talk cancelled the disconnection of their service subsequently we were unaware that we were still connected to talk talk and also our chosen supplier bt.
We only discovered this when we recieved a monthly phone bill.
So far I have spent in total 8 hours trying to sort this out. Just when I think it's been sorted out they miss hear and think we want stay with them. So they cancel the cancellation.
I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I had to contact first utility a for a second time recently and my initial feeling with regards to their customer service has not improved. They don't seem at all interested in anything I tried to say perhaps it's because I won't be a customer. Whatever the reasons I will not be recommending them to anyone.

Having only just moved into my new home I was :
1) disappointed to learn that I would be charged approximately 50p a day standing charge when the property was empty from the date I signed the tenancy 8/8/17 till the 14/8/17.
2) with the attitude of the customer service rep who I spoke too, to be honest he helped me stick with my decision to switch to EDF.
