Saw the camera at Youtube ads, then orderred the no wifi camera, it's delivery after 2 weeks but unable to connect in US wifi with 5G, this camera only supported 2.4G and contact customer service several times and never get response, it is a scam product, don't buy!! waste now.

The camera doesn't do as how you advertised
- needs wifi
- needs to be charge
And yet you say no wifi needed and no charging

Ordered a functional gas powered model v8 engine, paid 80 bucks. 6 weeks later i contacted customer service asking where it was, they responded it had been delivered and signed for. I replied with no and i wanted proof of signature. Two days later a plastic battery operated model v8 with leds for spark plugs. Definitely not what was advertised.

Last time I will be robbed by these kind of scams. Claimed no monthly charges involved now cameras have arrived I find the charges are close to $50 a month. 🤦‍♀️stupid me trusting these Chinese companies who prey on westerners stupidity 🤦‍♀️

I ordered 2 CCTV cameras from Tuvilo (Order TUV37395). Both products were faulty and not working as advertised. Despite multiple emails and evidence provided, the company kept delaying the issue and repeatedly pressured me to accept only a partial refund instead of following proper UK consumer refund laws. Very disappointing customer service and unresolved issue. Buyers should be careful before purchasing.

For once, I ordered this crap of a CCTV camera from tuvilo without reading the review..and I paid £29 for the item that NEVER arrived...why do people like this cxxxxt still exist?? Keep away from this scummy,, scammy low people like Tuvilo

It's a scam. Paid for 3 cameras and can't get hold of them

TV cameras for house ...couldn't set up. APP DOES NOT WORK!! Phone number for support is invalid. No return postage sticker, couldnt return unless I paid for it.

Tuvilo.com received "1" ⭐ because there's no option for "0". This is 💯% scamming. The cameras I ordered and paid for, are totally not the cheap ones I received more than 3 weeks later. Tuvilo should be banned from all social media for false advertising. They are also still trying to get my credit card information on the premise that it is only used "verification" and will not be charged. One charging cable sent to me doesn't even work. Both cameras can't connect, so I can't even use them. I was scammed with cheap imitation of what was actually marketed. I will never buy anything from Tuvilo.com again, and will never recommend them.

My camera eventually connected after a lot o effort. It is only then that is is showing a subscription service, when the advert said no fees for life. Of course the camera won't switch on with a cloud subscription. Looking at the reviews about refunds I guess I've lost money again. Don't buy it.

The cube now won't connect at all and their email box is permanently full. I will be warning people against this cube every time an advert appears. I suggest others do the same.

i ordered two security cameras that don't require WIFI; i got two cameras that requires WIFI, and they feel and look like they are cheap copycats of the ones they have on their commercial. I emailed them about a return; they never replied. now i know why this company has such poor reviews. don't buy from them

I never received my cameras a total of three,I tryed emailing tuvilo but there is no such email address for this company,I lost 60.00 thinking it was legitimate because YouTube was backing them by putting them out on there commercials,I would never order anything thing from them again,I’am just wondering how much YouTube earned from the scam they have on there platforms they have two different websites that are selling the same thing I got ripped off,I would never order anything off of YouTube.they will take your money dont order from tuvilo,or lose your money.

Do not buy from this company. Even after charging bit extra for safe delivery, the order was never delivered. I have sent them several emails but they simply reply in foreign language, looks like Chinese. They won’t respond in English and won’t do anything about the problem. I also found this Salmon product is being sold for less than half the price of what they charged me, from other places, after checking on google.
It seems this is a scamming company.
