Always had a great experience with ASOS customer care team. On this occasion I have received someone else’s order, and Kaize was quick to help, and organise a return of these items so the other person can get their order as soon as possible. No faults, and happy the issue is resolved and the other customer will be able to get their order without any issues.

I must say I am really impressed with national tyres. I have been recommended this company to get a mobile tyres fitting booked in, and they’ve exceeded my expectations. I had initially booked the first available appointment which was due in a few days, but I’ve had one of their fitters contact me the next day that he’s on his way, much earlier than expected. I was very pleasantly surprised. The fitter was very professional and nice. Done the job really well, and couldn’t thank him enough! I’ll definitely be using the company in future.

I’ve had an issue with my refund that I haven’t received despite waiting for over the specified time of 10 days. I have contacted customer services and refund was processed straight away. So easy and efficient. Oliver who was assisting me was absolutely great as well! Thank you.

I've experienced a bit of trouble with my order at first, which was down to failed delivery attempts from Hermes, and an error on their side, however with the help of an amazing team at Gymshark, I was able to get it sorted, and I will finally be able to enjoy my Gymshark products!

The floors got delivered very quickly, and the process of purchasing was straight forward and everything went smooth. The floors itself are of a good quality, and look absolutely amazing! Very satisfied with the service and product and would highly recommend it.
