Really love their jewellery and I think it's a reasonable price and really good quality. It's my go to for nice gifts and higher quality long-term keeps. I recently had an issue with a clasp and reached out to their customer service, expecting a cliché and not-our-problem response as that's unfortunately the norm nowadays. However Stephanie responded explaining what may have happened, a quick fix solution and even attached a video. I followed the video and fixed it within 5 seconds. She also offered for me to pop in and get help but it was no longer needed. Please keep it up, this kind of customer service is rare and as someone who works in marketing, this is exactly what drives loyalty.

Not only do they sell the most beautiful jewellery 🤩😍🤩 their customer services is second to none!! something which is very rare these days!!
I ordered the wrong size in an item and nothing was too much trouble for them in accommodating me with help.

When I needed a quick present for my granddaughter’s birthday, my thoughts went immediately to Astrid & Miyu. She lives in London and sending gifts through the post is not reliable. In the comfort of my home I ordered a gift card from Astrid &Miyu. It was delivered to her email account on a date chosen by me, in time for her birthday. She then had the option of choosing online or popping into your London shop. She even got a 50% discount in the sale. So, so easy to do. She has had items from Astrid & Miyu before, she is a big fan. The jewellery is very modern and of a high quality, very simple, original designs. I even got some earrings for myself. The website is so easy to navigate. Thank you Astrid &Miyu.

Best piercing experience I have ever had, I had the lovely Kate pierce my seconds and my helix and she was amazing! She took all my fear away she styled my ears and I went away so happy. I would definitely book again for the Cambridge branch with Kate! Thank you so much

I spontaneously walked in and was met with the wonderful Precious who curated the most beautiful selection for my many piercings! She was incredibly patient and attentive, and helped me all with the loveliest smile on her face. Precious is an absolute asset to Astrid & Miyu and I hope she is recognised as such. I enjoyed my time at this branch, thank you to Sumayyah and Daniella too! The energy in the store was warm and welcoming thanks to you all. Don’t bother if you need it in a hurry. You pay extra for next day delivery and they use Royal Mail 24, who don’t ring doorbells and then hold onto it for another four days before you can collect.
If I’d known they used Royal Mail I wouldn’t have bothered ordering from them.
