I wanted a mattress and bed base collected asap after being let down by a charity furniture collection; I searched online and found Litta - gosh, what a positive experience!
I rang and spoke to Nick who was very helpful. I was offered the following day for collection, which was fantastic, and I paid an extra £10 for a morning slot.
I was contacted to say the driver was on the way and was able to track him to the door. The driver and his colleague were quick, efficient, friendly and totally respectful of the property.
I would definitely go to Litta again.

I ordered blueberry bushes from Thompson and Morgan as they had such a good variety. I was told there was about a 3 week wait, which I expected, and that time frame was spot on. The bushes arrived well packaged and were a really good size.

I have to wait for a plumber to fit the kitchen tap, but it certainly looks good at a great price. And excellent delivery time (a shame the DPD driver left the parcel on my doorstep even though I had requested it be left in my ‘safe place’).

Daniel kept me informed of his whereabouts and solved the telephone problem.

The two delivery men from Red Lion were absolutely excellent. They contacted me prior to delivery, were polite and efficient and I couldn’t have asked for more. Thank you.

Excellent delivery and very nice chair which I am pleased with. I chose Oak World for the chair as I was so pleased with the chest of drawers and bedside cabinet I bought a few weeks ago. The products are a good price and great quality.

The bottle was delivered very quickly and looks great. I can’t say anything else as it is for a birthday present and my niece specifically asked for one of these.

I bought my latest Pavers purchase from a shop within Hilliers garden centre, Cheddar. There was a great choice and I bought a sparkly pair of trainers which I wasn’t looking for, but saw on display and loved! The lady serving was extremely friendly and helpful. Practically all my winter footwear is Pavers as I love the styles and quality.

I thought it best to choose 100% cotton for bedding and the Soak and Sleep mattress and pillow protectors were just what I wanted. They are good quality, worth paying that bit extra. Good delivery time too.

Furdeco were brilliant and I can’t fault them. The delivery time was adhered to and I had two telephone calls prior to delivery. I payed for two man delivery which was only £20 and well worth it to have the furniture put in the room of my choice.

Boxmove kept me up to date on the collection time and the collectors were excellent.

Wayfair have a fantastic choice at competitive prices and a quick delivery. What I especially like is that you can find something different and contemporary - browsing the site in your own home, how easy is that!

I ordered a rug which was delivered as that was the only choice. The rug wasn’t suitable. Despite having an online conversation and a conversation with one of Argos’ colleagues on the ‘phone, I still haven’t had a call to say when the collection date will be. Very unsatisfactory and it will certainly put me off ordering anything I can’t collect and return in store. After my bad review I was contacted and told to contact Argos by either twitter or Facebook; I don’t use either. I then wrote to customer services, still no joy and they directed me once again to twitter and facebook! After a third call I was told the supplier is not responding to the return so I am to return the rug to an Argos store. Let’s see what happens!

And quick delivery. I thought your last parcel hadn’t arrived - but it was the postman at fault; he had left the parcel next to a pile of rubbish and not in my ‘safe place’. That’s Royal Mail for you!

I ordered a cartridge which arrived quickly. Unfortunately I had to return it and the customer service was excellent. I have now received my refund. Thank you Di Vapor.
