Litta failed to complete what they said they would
Be very careful using Litta service, their quotes are unreliable. Like many other reviews you can see, Litta failed to remove all of our rubbish (barely 2/3 and that was with the best efforts of the sub contractors on the day). They ask you for photos of the rubbish and will suggest a size for collection. Their suggestion was woefully short, the team did their best with what they had but we're forced to leave large piles of waste behind. Turns out £340 doesn't get you much (not even a fixed time of day, and they had to cancel the first time after I waited all day for them.
Litta then has the audacity to immediately call and offer a "discounted" service to remove the rest for £180!
I can only conclude Litta deliberately underestimate their collection quote, bank on the customer going ahead without realising how bad it will be better, and then try to make more money with an outrageous followup quote.
If you are going to use Lifta, be very sharp with your measurements (don't trust their quote) and be sure that they aren't going to leave a job half finished.

I couldn't recommend this company enough! Amazing!
As soon as the gentleman we had arrived he cracked on! Professional and quick and made a massive effort the whole time.
The price was by far the most reasonable and worth every penny!, the website was easy to navigate and booking was so simple to do, all costs are upfront so you know nothing is hidden. Highly recommend and will definitely use them again!!

This is the first time I've used them and it was very simple and easy going. Took photos and said exactly what I was getting rid of to make the removal as easy and straightforward as possible. Which it did. I would definitely use again and also recommend.

It was relatively expensive
It was relatively expensive, so expected a little more. First of all the driver turned up more than 45 minutes late. We had a time slot between 8am-1pm. Due to the lateness the company reimbursed me just under £10. When the driver eventually turned up he didn’t acknowledge my partner who greeted him upon arrival but proceeded to take a series of pictures of the things he was going to collect and started tidying the van. My partner spoke to him and then went onto help the driver loading the van. Not massively impressed with the lateness when we had a 5 hour time slot.
