Not enough scrutiny for bots / invited reviews

I use TP a lot BUT some tech savvy companies flood the zone to muddy the waters ( note MyIQ .com) and then send ‘for more info’ implying negative reviews will be removed.
This has made me more suspicious of multiple 5 star reviews that are posted in rapid succession. Lesson learnt, but you need to be more vigilant

Fell for it

Added review
Refunded my money when I wrote to them
So added 2 stars but does not detract from my original review
Clearly I’m not the only one caught out / deceived
Can Trust Pilot review the positive reviews that suspiciously appear to be mainly done by first time or invited reviewers in a large block pushing down negative reviews?
Contacted by my IQ looking for further info to confirm this is a genuine review - laughed at this looking at the ‘genuine’ 5 star reviews and the generic reply to all the 1 star reviews

The £29.99 payment pending is not
I did not sign up for it ! Lots of info on line of this happenin!
Have written to have it cancelled/ refunded
I’ll wait and see
Will dispute any payment with my cc
I note nearly all the the reviews here are people that appear to only have written 1 review on TP ? Bots

Excellent no drill blinds

2 roller blinds and 2 Venetian
All excellent easy to fit
Lost a star as one blind had to be remade as missing the brass roller lock. However no quibbles in replacing it, bit of a pain waiting again for it to be made but all’s good.
Top tip do measure as stated as window voids can vary at different points - especially when textured tiles are used!

Hopefully won’t need them but seem to have a solid reputation

Was a fan but dreadful returns policy for Xmas gifts

Did respond very quickly when approached via social media. You have to pay for your returns and lots of conditions. Didn't bother in the end as son had cut the tags off and though keeping them was not going to risk sending them back without the plastic loop. SO never again as I would rather pay a bit more for peace of mind

Purchased trousers as a Christmas gift did not fit my son ( 36/30) all the previous have of the same size - between us spent several hundred pound in the last 2 years.
Tried to swop but just got 'outside the 30 days' well yes it was a Xmas gift. Email response just sends you back to the portal to say the same thing. You have lost 4 good customers now

Artificial sweeteners ruined them

Grim taste - the artificial sweetener is off the scale!

It masks any other flavours
Thought it was just me but family including teenagers wouldn’t eat them

Did the 8 boxes
All the packs were half full
one of the honey was definitely less than a 3rd full

Pity as a nice crunch and good concept

Very expensive chicken food ( my hens did eat them)
