Terrible customer experience and truly…

Terrible customer experience and truly awful customer service. There are so many poor reviews I wish I had read them before I made the terrible error of trusting them with my order. Avoid at all costs as any problems get totally ignored.

From amazing customer service to awful

From amazing customer service to awful. It’s like dealing with a different company. A once 5/5 would be a zero if i could give it!!

I think your reply summarises your response. It is such a shame as i have explained I was a 5/5 brand champion and have communicated that here and via email. But, this experience is so poor that I have found a new brand of products so I say goodbye to AKT after two years. All because of poor customer service. But at least your response prompted me to look for a new product solution so I am grateful for that.

Very disappointing customer experience…

Very disappointing customer experience and support with Joules. Very surprised that this once amazing brand does not put their customers first. Such a shame!!

Email received - pointless reaching out unless there is a solution. Your message trying to resolve is clearly just so others can see it and think you are being helpful. Your team are not and for the Joules brand that is less than ideal. I hope your customer service and experience team get some training before you wonder why you sustain customer losses!

Fake items and poor customer…

Fake items and poor customer experience. Be careful Vinted does not yet have its fake item policy under control from Apple to Jellycat you cannot tell genuine from fake items. Reporting gets you nowhere if a seller appears to have some positive reviews the fake item stays up despite reviews saying they are selling fake items. Other more mature marketplaces have stronger and more robust systems in place and definitely better customer service - you can actually speak to someone. Until Vinted sort the fake item issue out and have a robust way of dealing with scam sellers then it cannot be trustworthy. A shame because when it works it is great but on this issue they are seriously sub par and lacking and for huge brands this is poor because for Apple etc this damages their reputation. I hope they get it sorted and fast.

The absolutely worst customer service

The absolutely worst customer service! It is non existent. Terrible experience with 4dx and no help, no response to email, no phone number, nothing. Cancelling unlimited because it is simply just not worth it. One day when people wonder what happened to Cineworld as they go bust it will be because they forgot customers matter and that they never cared. Odeon etc are so so so much better.

Truly awful customer service and…

Truly awful customer service and customer experience. Never resolve issues they cause and make shopping with them an absolutely awful nightmare. Not worth it there are so many better places to purchase from. I wish I could put a negative figure it is that bad -5*.

Just as an addition to my review I wanted to add to it following the reply from Debenhams. Who in their training suggested a response of ‘I’m sorry you feel that way’ would be positive?! It is the response usually given when you accept no responsibility for your actions and make it the complainants problem. It demonstrates beyond any doubt how badly damaged this brand is now and perhaps it is one that deserves to simply fade away with fond memories rather than turned into this d list business it is today.

Ok meal, awful experience, James the worst manager ever! Don’t waste your money!

Bath Giggling Squid

The meal was generally good and the main server team friendly. But, when making payment with two gift cards they were refused because they were out of date. The catch (which no one in their right mind would see coming) is that they were one day over their year’s use because of the leap year! The assistant manager - James - was truly one of the most arrogant, rude and patronising members of the team I think I have ever had the misfortune to meet. He was so rude, standing aggressively over the table like he was ruling it all whilst informing us we were wrong. But, they already knew it was my Mum’s birthday, they knew we were celebrating as she was recovered from a serious health condition and operations. They knew this but didn’t care and not only wouldn’t help but decided being rude was far more important. It was genuinely disgusting. So, it is promised it would be sorted over email and to save the hideous embarrassment we paid and left - to our horror the debacle continued via complaints with James (assistant manager no less) continuing his rude diatribe and then the supposed operations manage being equally useless. This place is not cheap, the food whilst good is not amazing and the management team are appalling. This was supposed to be a celebration and the gift cards were for my parents birthday so this was just a mess and so poorly handled. Bath has lots of better places to go - Thaikun is far better food and the staff always amazing. Whoever hired and trained James needs to consider what a poor job they have done and that customers deserve to feel happy, welcome and positive even if there are issues to sort. It was also his issue to sort and he refused to try. Rude, rude, rude and just will never go back and I hope this review saves others from this awful experience. I wondered why it was so quiet in there and now I know! You have been warned…

Poor quality food terrible customer service!

Poor quality food and terrible customer service. Swindon Outlet Village.

Firstly, the food was poor - fries were ok but burgers were cold and unappetising. I complained and you would expect a reasonable customer centric response. But no it was arrogant, rude and patronising explaining how I was wrong about my food and the person responding was right. Awful and totally poor experience.

I think explaining how a burger is made and how it could not possibly be the case the meal was substandard is a whole new low for a brand who should care about their customer experience not justifying at all costs!

Here are a couple of snippets from their response so you can make your own mind up!

From checking back with the team, we can see your order was prepared within our standard waiting time and to Five Guys standard as due to the high demand, items were constantly being cooked and served.

As such, we believe the team in Swindon adhered to all standards when preparing your food on this occasion.

We hope this explains more about your experience.

And:

As explained, we mentioned the waiting time as you stated the burgers were cold. This could not be the case; as it was busy, food was being consistently cooked and served from the kitchen, hot off the grill. What you may experience as cold in the burgers is the ingredients which are stored and served at a temp of 5 degrees. As the food was served within 10 mins, we can confirm this is the case.

The absolute worst of the worst…

The absolute worst of the worst customer experience. Customer service is simply auto messages spoken to you in a loop and you cannot get to actually speak to anyone. Awful service and certainly not worthy of the ‘Royal’ title. Other options are much better especially if you need to contact the courier for help. Makes DPD seem like a dream to work with.

£1 Oodie con - this was not the experience even for a seasoned pro buying tickets etc. This was a complete con and when the clock countdown ended and press the screen on an instant refresh surprise, surprise all sold out. This was never available it was not possible to sell out before they went on sale. Hey ho not that bothered now and lost customer forever. Marketing should be talked to for allowing customers to think this was real.
