I ordered the Throttle Tube from the company and not through ebay, amazone, which resulted in me having to pay extra fees of $17 for shipping which was very high. and taxes were higher than the price of the Throttle Tube. so I warn you absolutely do not buy a Throttle Tube if you live outside the USA
Don't waste your time
My experience with this company has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. I participated in their review program with the expectation that the promised compensation would be provided, but despite completing the requirements, I never received what was advertised. What makes the situation even worse is the complete lack of communication. Multiple attempts to contact support and request updates were met with either no response at all or long periods of silence. When a company promotes incentives to encourage participation, there should be a reasonable level of transparency and follow-through. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. The most frustrating part is feeling ignored. It should not take repeated emails and follow-ups just to get a simple answer about the status of a reward or payment. Instead, I was left waiting with no clear explanation and no resolution. Based on my experience, the process feels disorganized, communication is poor, and customer support has been unhelpful. If you're participating with the expectation of receiving the compensation that was promised, be prepared for potential delays, unanswered inquiries, and significant frustration. I expected professionalism and accountability. Instead, I was left disappointed and still waiting for a resolution.

My reviewer profile was abruptly…
My reviewer profile was abruptly suspended under the claim of "anomalous activity history." When I attempted to reach out to clear up the matter, I was hit with an automated message stating the decision was final based on account history. The system's automated fraud filters triggered a false positive because I reviewed our complete corporate IT tech stack (15+ products) in a short window. As a technology professional, managing these applications is my direct responsibility. These were fully authentic, firsthand user reviews.I have tried to provide full-desktop uncropped screenshots of my logged-in user environments and my corporate LinkedIn credentials to prove my professional oversight, but standard support has blocked communication channels. I am completely willing to forfeit any promotional rewards or gift cards just to have a compliance manager manually verify my identity and restore my profile functionality.

Mostly fake incentivised reviews
Mostly fake incentivised reviews but without sending rewards to reviewers because they are not the first and not informing them about it before they review.

Terrible non-existent customer service
Terrible non-existent customer service. Businesses use G2 to get ratings and then pay people for giving ratings with vouchers. G2 itself curates ratings and has ridiculous requests. This wastes lots of people's time for inaccurate reviews. Any company using G2 is as guilty as being a scummy business as G2. Used them once, never will again.

G2 is an absolute scam
G2 is an absolute scam. Liars, crooks, thieves. I encourage nobody to ever do a review for them. No reviews - they have no service to sell. Let's put these frauds out of business.

Absolute scam artists
Absolute scam artists! Wrote a review on proviso of receving a $45 gift card. Then get told after posting the review that I'm not gonna get it - as I wasn't one of the first to post a review. Thre things here. 1 - They must've REALLY hidden this caveat regarding having to be one of the first to review in order to get a gift card. 2 - They waited until I'd posted my review to tell me there's no gift card for me. 3 - There's no way of now taking down my review - despite deactivating my account.

You can’t just hop on and write a review about a product, you have to write a 5000 word essay and then have to wait days for it to be approved. I’ll stick to Trustpilot

Poor and deceitful marketing tactic of a promised reward, only to be told I wasn’t one of the first to leave the review. Make this clear in your email.
Just had “Update your WP Engine review and earn $20 - it's only 4 quick questions”
There was never an asterisks or sub text below the heading. Just some small legal fine print at the very bottom.

Worst of the worst. Do not use G2 for your review system...
I’m not sure why some companies still insist on collecting their reviews on G2.
From my experience, G2 has one of the weakest customer service and review support processes I’ve seen.
Businesses should make it easy and convenient for their customers to share honest feedback. G2 does the opposite.
I tried publishing both an honest positive review and an honest negative review, and both kept getting rejected more than six or seven times with the same generic message.
No real explanation. No useful support. No clear direction.
It feels like the entire review moderation process is being handled by the same low-IQ AI that seems to power their chat support and other parts of their customer experience.
For any business that actually cares about making it easy for customers to leave reviews, G2 would not be my first choice.

Fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.
I spent time reviewing Adobe Illustrator and was approved for a gift card that never arrived. Then they emailed asking for an Adobe InDesign review with the same promise.
Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me. There won't be a third time.
Do NOT recommend!

Deceptive marketing: $15 promised, $5 paid, case closed without resolution
G2 sent me a targeted email invite on April 21 offering a $15 gift card for an ElevenLabs review. After approval, they only paid $5 and tried to claim an old April 9th payment from a different campaign covered the rest. I provided proof of both separate invites in Case #00592031, but agent Aakanksha Pathak marked the case as 'Resolved' and closed it without ever responding or paying the promised balance. This is bait-and-switch marketing. I have all screenshots of the conflicting invites

Scam site - Waste of time
Scam site, sent me an email to review softwares for a gift card but after I had spent time reviewing products and had even provided screenshots of legitimate usage, my reviews were not approved and I didn't receive any gift cards. Pure waste of time

Thieves
Thieves. Low transparency. Gladly take money and don't show how they spent it. Customer support is non-existent. There is a useless chatbot which only creates email tickets.

Crooks
Crooks, and shady business. They lure you in with gift cards to get the reviews. Then, my account was conveniently flagged, for something. After reading all these other reviews, I see I'm not the only one. I encourage anybody reading this, to file a complaint with the FTC if anything similar has happened to you. They know what they're doing. And here they are, collecting all the reviews for their clients, and not holding up to their end of the bargain. Awful business.
