Useful detail on website
Accurate details on the website made it easier for me to measure up and ensure I got the correct fitting. I am not used to doing DIY tasks round the house but my husband has dementia now so I am having to take on everything myself. Quality products and fantastic customer care
I ordered 4-6mm magnetic door seals following a reccomendation for size to fit 6mm glass doors, these were good quality but extremely tight to fit and I gave feedback to the company, saying that I hope the soft pillow part had not been damaged or reduced seal expected lifetime due to fitting. The company responded by sending me out a new set 6-8mm seals free of charge, these unfortunately arrived with some damage due to the delivery company, I said that I would accept these with the slight damage as they were free of charge.
The company responded by sending me out another set of 6-8mm free of charge and saying that they want the customer to be entirely satisfied with their parts.
They fit very well and I am very happy with the product and the customer support, thanks!
can add that it was just unfortunate that the seals arrived damaged as they are sent in a rigid cardboard tube which will sustain a fair degree of impact to damage it.
