Good quality seal

Don't normally give reviews but so pleased with this seal I thought I would give one! Very good quality and easily copes with the seal drop being different from one end to the other over our bath. Far superior to previous seals we have purchased and easy to fit.

Great choice of seals

Great choice of seals. They had exactly what we needed. Straight forward to order, it was dispatched later that day and we received it the following day. Good quality seal and well packaged. We would definitely recommend Shower Seal UK.

Excellent quick service, but ..

Excellent quick service. However, I don't find the seals last very long. The previous one lasted less than a year.

Our records show that your previous order was placed in May 2021. As your most recent purchase was in June 2026, the previous seal lasted over five years, rather than less than a year. A five year lifespan is actually the expected performance for our high quality seals.

We also noted that we have no record of any contact from you via email or WhatsApp regarding the performance of your previous seal.

We would have been more than happy to help or provide maintenance advice if you had reached out. If you have any questions regarding your new order, please do contact us directly so we can assist you.

Thank you for emailing us. We have now located your August 2025 order, which was placed under a different email address. We apologise for the oversight in our previous response.

It is unusual for a seal to last less than a year, as our products typically have a much longer lifespan (as seen with your 2021 purchase). As we have no record of any contact from you via WhatsApp or email regarding this issue, we weren't aware of the premature wear and were unable to offer assistance or a solution at the time.

We always encourage customers to reach out to us directly if a product doesn't meet expectations so we can resolve the matter immediately.

I had excellent service from this company

I had excellent service from this company. I had been trying to find the shower door seal I required at various local sources but with no success. Shower Seal UK were able to supply me with the seal I required. It was delivered within the time scale advertised. It came very securely packaged to protect it. The price of the seal was very reasonable. I have now fitted the seal I purchased and so far it is working excellently. No more wet bathroom floor!
