What a difference in the atmosphere…

What a difference in the atmosphere since Sinclair have taken over ! Stephanie and Rob were a breath of fresh air in a welcome that seemed genuinely concerned in the customer first ! The reception at service was great and has changed my mind from not buying from there again to a very much positive attitude to visiting again.

DO NOT GET YOUR CAR SERVICED HERE!!
You can't physically book it in, they don't respond to your calls, zero communication. Do not answer your calls, don't tell you it's ready. A day service is not a day, I had to drag my car out of there after a week and this isn't the first time. We bought 2 defenders from them and the service was terrible. This is my last visit to Cardiff branch, I will travel to take our defenders elsewhere.

Another excellent purchase from…

Another excellent purchase from Bridgend Audi. I was given clear guidance in making my choice, and kept informed of all updates in relation to my purchase. My car was delivered with no fuss and the hand over was perfect. All staff I spoke to were helpful and knowledgeable- making the process smooth.

Adam made the experience great

Adam made the experience great, very friendly, with a good knowledge of BYD cars. Offered a hot drink, and we were talked through the different cars. Decided to purchase and we were really happy with staff and service. Highly recommend

Vehicle Delivery Feedback

I had initially intended to leave a 5-star review; however, I would like to share some feedback regarding the vehicle delivery.
At the time of collection, it seems the inspection team did not carry out a fully thorough check. Around two hours after delivery, I noticed a small dent on the front left door.
Additionally, as this is a hybrid BYD vehicle with 230V AC generator functionality, I expected a compatible cable to be included in the supplied equipment. However, this cable was not provided.
I am not sure whether this item is part of the standard delivery package or was missed during handover.
The issue with the door has already been reported to the seller and is scheduled to be addressed.

I recently had an excellent experience with Sinclair Direct, and I especially want to thank Gavin for the outstanding service he provided. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all my questions, explained everything clearly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free.

Gavin’s knowledge, honesty, and attention to detail really stood out, and nothing ever felt too much trouble. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cares about providing great customer service. I would highly recommend Sinclair Direct, and Gavin is a real credit to the company

Awful after sales service- don’t go…

Awful after sales service- don’t go near there if you are hoping for any aftercare. Bought an ex-demonstrator VW campervan with only 300 miles on the clock - leisure batteries have never charged and I have been palmed off for the last 5 months since buying it. Never been able to use it to camp. AWFUL. AWFUL. AWFUL. If I could put no stars I would!

Teriffic experience from start to finish

The first time we visited this dealership we didn't really intend to buy a car there, we went to have a look at a car that they had there which was way more expensive than we wanted but these cars are quite rare and not easy to view locally. When we arrived however we noticed a similar car which actually was in our price range and was not yet on their website. The welcome we received from Debbie (the host) was fabulous and made us feel very comfortable being in a "posh" dealership. She then called Niamh to help us and again she was so lovely with us. I honestly think we decided there and then that we wanted to buy here if at all possible. Niamh happily brought us both vehicles and allowed us to drive them alone so we could really talk about the vehicles and make our own minds up without any pressure. We really liked one of the cars but needed to go away and decide for ourselves if we wanted to proceed. Again there was absolutely no pressure from Niamh. When we arrived home we received an email from Niamh titled "great to meet you" with her contact details and an offer to contact her with any questions we had. We decided we would go back and buy the car after our regular shopping trip on the Saturday morning and told Niamh via email. On the Saturday morning we got an email saying that another sales person had an enquiry on the car we were looking at but if we wanted it we could put a fully refundable deposit on it which would then reserve it for us. We had already decided we wanted it by then so we called to pay the deposit and went in to check the car one more time. Niamh was there once again and was super helpful and friendly, answering lots of questions we had and giving us a deal on the car that we were happy with. We arranged to pick up the car on the Monday and Niamh said it would have final prep and be ready by 4 o'clock. When we arrived a little early, Niamh was sending the car back to the valet team because she was not entirely happy with the finished job but sure enough by 4 it was back and ready. The level of service we received was exemplorary on what was a fairly cheap car (compared to what else was on the lot). We both work for another luxury car dealership in the area and remarked to each other how we hoped that customers there got somewhere near this level of service from our sales team. It was a real pleasure from start to finish and I would highly commend this dealership to anyone looking to buy what is by the way a beautiful vehicle.
