His attention to detail & communication was first class & everything was carried out as we discussed and agreed……the collection process was a pleasure and me & my wife Elaine were really impressed with the quality and presentation of our new car…. it was absolutely stunning
The only criticism……and this is not against the dealership…they have to do it too…...is the amount of ‘compliance’ paperwork and signatures to get to the point where you can actually get the keys to your car is ridiculous to say the least ….so long winded & time consuming it’s so unnecessary….the wokes… yet again have done a fine job bamboozaling us all to comply with a box ticking exercise that offers nothing but frustration for the customer….so OTT
Pointless AI bot on 020 8681 4040
Car owners should be aware that the "person" taking messages on 020 8681 4040 is an AI agent. The system uses fake background noise to sound like a real office, which is incredibly misleading.
I found the experience frustrating as I had to keep repeating myself. A standard voice message would be far more effective than this automated bot. I am sharing this so others know they are not speaking to a member of staff and can adjust their expectations accordingly.

This was my first time visiting Berry Mini, Croydon. I had a good experience throughout the process. I received a friendly and professional service from Shannon, she explained everything very clear and made me feel comfortable. I highly recommend Berry Mini dealership and will consider returning in the future. 10/10 experience.
Impressed by Berry Mini Croydon
We were very well looked after by Jack and Asif who catered for my financial requirements. I test drove a similar vehicle to the one I was interested in and was very impressed on how the Mini had improved over my older Cooper S.
I would have given 4* if it wasn’t for all the online forms we had to go through and sign which was very frustrating although informative.

The purchase process took quite long but that was due to Mini's processes and duty of care

Worst experience I have ever had on a high purchase item
On the initial test drive, the car broke down due to running out of petrol. The system was displaying multiple faults including “hood open” (when it was not), electrical system warnings, and general system errors.
I returned for a second test drive. Throughout the drive the dashboard indicated low tyre pressure. I was told this was not an issue, however after speaking with the manager a day later and flagging the issue (I had already purchased the car at that point), the vehicle was inspected and it was confirmed there was a nail in the tyre, despite the car having reportedly passed an MOT only two days prior.
I was then assured the vehicle was in full working condition by the manager and would have no other issues.
However, shortly after taking delivery, the system repeatedly displayed a “cruise control error” and advised that the vehicle needed to be taken to a service centre. I contacted MINI and was told this was fine and it wasn’t an issue. It then kept coming up on screen so I reported it to them and was given a courtesy car. I live within near the Congestion Charge zone, and at no point was I informed that the courtesy vehicle was not covered. As a result, I received three Congestion Charge fines of £270 each, which I was told I was required to pay.
The faults, inconvenience, financial loss, and lack of clear communication have resulted in a very poor customer experience. I do not consider this acceptable and would not recommend MINI based on this service.
Dissapointing and Disorganised..!
I wanted to share my honest feedback regarding my recent experience purchasing a Mini Cooper S through business finance. Unfortunately, I found the overall experience disappointing—something I wouldn’t have expected when making such an important purchase.
We initially intended to buy an approved used Mini, but after seeing the 25 model, we decided to go for a brand-new Mini Cooper S. However, our journey to securing the car was far from smooth.
When we expressed interest in specific models which were on display, Adil, the sales representative, told us they were sold. To our surprise, just two days later, the same models were suddenly available again. This inconsistency made us feel like we were being discouraged from purchasing a brand-new car, which was frustrating. Regardless, we remained firm in our decision. Throughout the process, it did not feel like Adil had our best interests in mind.
The approval process for business finance took longer than expected due to our company being less than a year old. However, I want to express my appreciation for Kaylie, who was proactive, responsive, and got things sorted efficiently with Alphabet. Unfortunately, updates on the actual order placement were sparse, and my attempts to get information often went unanswered. It took nearly two weeks after finance approval for the order to finally go through.
To make matters worse, when I received the confirmation, I realized that the order had the wrong wheels and roof configuration. Once again, Adil was unresponsive, and no one seemed to have double-checked the order before finalizing it. Thankfully, Kaylie stepped in once again and quickly resolved the issue. Given the lack of communication from Adil, Kaylie appointed Kira to assist me moving forward, which was a welcome relief.
I have previously owned vehicles from Range Rover, Mercedes, and Lexus, and I must say that this has been the least welcoming and most frustrating purchase experience I have had. If not for Kaylie’s professionalism and intervention, I would have taken my business elsewhere. In fact, due to this experience, I have decided not to use Berry Croydon for servicing my Mini.
I hope you take this feedback seriously and work towards improving your customer service, particularly in terms of communication, transparency, and ensuring that customers feel valued throughout the process.

Personal Responsive Experience
Thanks to Filip and Kaylie. I reserved a used MINI GP via their website, was sent a personal video - after the car was cleaned to ensure it looked great. I completed all paperwork remotely with Kaylie whilst I was over 3000 miles away on holiday!
Filip met my timing for collection, greeting me at the door as I arrived. The handover and vehicle demonstration with Filip was seamless, he even provided a coffee for my long 250 mile drive home when I left.
I’ve used many BMW/ MINI dealers over the years, and Berry provided a personal responsive service. When the sales person wasn’t available the used car manager, Asif, stepped in to ensure I was looked after.
