From start to finish my experience with Optegra has been faultless. No only did they diagnose a significant issue that had been missed by my optometrist but they fixed it with little or no fuss. Their attitude is of calm professionalism and at no point did I feel overlooked or hassled in any way. I would recommend Optegra Eye Health Care without any reservation.

Had a issue with my eyes and emailed the clinic stating the problem and received a reply offering a appointment the very next day and will be having further treatment in the near future

My second operation was more uncomfortable than the first and the eye was bloodshot which lasted for nearly the whole two weeks, which had not happened with the first operation.

Friendly, efficient. A well oiled machine which ran smoothly.

I had thought my right cataract surgery couldn't go as well as the left but actually it was even better! The surgeon was teaching his registrar and I found it to be really interesting and a very pleasant distraction - not that I needed that because it was totally painless and the whole procedure went well - as did my recovery.

Friendly staff, virtually no waiting, total professionalism, lovely premises.

Return transport arranged, excellent drivers and service. Rachel at reception warm, friendly and very professional, staff quick and efficient creating a relaxed atmosphere. Very impressed all round and now booked in for surgery feeling a lot more comfortable and confident with procedures.

My experience at Optegra was not what I expected as soon as I got there I felt relaxed, pleasant people working there explaining step by step what would be happening which made the experience easier for me.

Once eventually able to speak to an operator service was great. But had to hang on a long time to get through I was 20 something in the queue.
Basically very good service.
