On June 20, 2026 I was in the middle of a purchase , entered my credit card info and then changed my mind. I never got an email confirmation for the order. The next day I see a $294 charge on my credit card. I tried reaching someone but couldn't provide an order number so they couldn't help me. They said if you didn't receive a confirmation from us, no order was placed. Yet I was charged for 6 bottles. I was told if I ever receive them I can return them. No questions asked. But since they can't locate me, I probably won't get them.
They can't refund me my $294 because I do not exist in their system.
The whole conversation gave me a headache
But wait, it gets better.
On June 22, 2026 they charged my card another $174.00!!
I may be wrong but this is fraud.
I filed a dispute with my credit card company but it could take possibly 3 months for it to get settled.

My wife and I did not see much of a noticeable difference, but when my wife put out a new, unopened bottle of Neuro Dyne, there was mold, or something, on top of the liquid in the bottle. Mind you, the bottle had not been opened yet. I have pictures of the mold sitting on top of the liquid inside the bottle. We're through with Neuro Dyne.

FAKE!! SPAM!!!! never received the goods but was charged and money taken from my bank card! Cannot contact the sellers either by telephone or email! BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY OR ORDERING VIA WAREHANCE WHO SEEM TO NO LONGER EXIST!

What I'm going to say about this is going to be disgusting I call today all right I was 6 days over of my expiration date but the thing was I was in the hospital and they told me that I was over my expiration so they couldn't give me my refund back let me just tell you these drops do not work they do not work okay I've been on it for over 90 days and nothing different has come up and I spent $313 and do you realize they will not give you the money back it doesn't work don't even bother don't even bother to buy it because it's all fake they do this and they rip you off so please do not order this stuff they make it sound like it's this and more and it's not it really isn't it's a piece of nothing do not order it it's too expensive do not even go to you won't even get your money back okay so don't order it because you're going to be you're going to be sorry there's not going to be any results people say that they feel it no they say that it would work on everybody over 40 years old and it doesn't so they're pulling your leg and this is probably all AI stuff because AI they said that is all fake so don't even bother looking at it I'm just trying to help you guys out do not spend your money on this I was in the hospital and would you believe they wouldn't even give me half the money back okay it's more important for them to sell fraud products than to really help anybody out

SCAM! I am embaressed to even say I fell for this scam. No refund allowed. Product does not work. The wording on the return process is the DAY product is shipped is the day they start counting their 60 day return process. This does not give time for their product being received! I've used for a length of time, called and they said 60 days start the day you order. I live in a rural area and did not receive until later.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. If a zero star was an option I would have given that. After I ordered it for my husband if cancelled it because my husband passed away. I got several Ai notices that included phone contacts and they sent several surveys about why I wanted to return it that how nothing to do with my return request. No return address was ever given and when I call their "Support Line" all I got was another "survey".i tried for over a month to cancel my order which arrive a month later! I have my bank filing a claim on my behalf. THIS IS A SCAM!!!!

These are supposed to be made with bilberry, and there's not one drop of it in the ingredients.Why is that???

After my purchase, when I received the product I wanted to know exactly what was in the product. They would not, absolutely would not tell me. Told me chromium was in it but would not tell me how much and said it had a blend of herbs but absolutely no information. I am certainly not going to use something that the seller won’t disclose what is in the product. Do not buy this.

do not give this company your information. After it was impossible to return items that did not help + instead gave my mother all sorts of unpleasant side effects it was impossibe to return and i'm still waiting for a refund that will never come. They now call her incessantly and got her to give them her debit card information. She has memory loss and forgot that this product didn't work in the past. They told her the first transaction didn't got through, and so they charged her twice for pills that never came. That's over $600 she does not have. They absolutely will target you or your loved one with memory loss. This company is horrible please stay away from them!! I don't know how these people sleep at night. I have reported them to the better business bureau They pay for thousands of fake reviews and AI videos, please protect your loved one.

No response for refund!! I called several times and the recording says I called outside their business hours and I called early in the morning and midday and evening.

Do not trust this company or cart panda. I ordered this by mistake and was promised a 50% refund which never happened. Also, I was within the 60 days refund. And they refuse to refund my $264.60.
South west bank was absolutely no help in processing anything for me about this fraud. These are useless drops don’t—

After reading 📖 experiences I would be afraid of taking this so called medicine for memory recall, improve focus etc. All the trouble people have had to get their money back. It seems to be a fraud and takes advantage of people who suffer from memory loss.

I started taking Neurodyne 2 weeks ago, using only half the amount recommended and have experienced increase memory capabilities. My issue was word association, which has improved by about 75% (a guesstimate).

Having labored through the very long video about the product, the one main thing that I took away was the absorption issue, which is a very common topic for this type of product. While the instructions suggest swallowing, the video suggested absorption through the mouth. Thus, I do not swallow Neurodyne. Rather, I put it under my tongue and swish it around in my mouth until it is absorbed. I would think that I am swallowing less than 10% which is residue mixed with spittle.

I was taking a memory aid prior to starting Neurodyne, which had no apparent benefit. The conclusion is that either they work well together or it was Neurodyne that improved word association.

Big waste of time!! Sinful to trap people into thinking they will get resl help with dementia.

Would like to rate this company a 0. When I ordered the product they sent me the six I ordered and at the same time sent me an order for 12 so that is 18 so the total cost was over $600. They said there was no one present to talk to. Then read about them on the internet and it says the solution gives you little if any results. This is a big scam!! What a big mistake to see the marketing!!

This product, promoted by FAKE BILL GATES, is a complete fraud. It and countless other Rx scams, backed by celebrities or famous doctors we trust, are all made possible by AI.
What I want to know is, Why are no government agencies investigating them, shutting them down, and fining the heck out of them? If we don't control or shut down AI, we can look forward to a future of manipulation and crime that will put the Mafia to shame.
Celebrities, please go on line and denounce any fraudulent representations of yourself. CDC, do your job!

It’s a scam. Don’t go near it

I was going to order. My husband is in the late stages Alzheimer’s. I cried through the whole very long presentation with hope this was real. I am devastated from reading the comments that made it very clear it is a scam. This is so cruel for me that has had to live through three family members with this disease. Why can’t these scams be stopped? My heart is broken and I believe it is time that a law is made to completely hold these con artists accountable for causing me and others so much pain.

I have experienced headache and high blood pressure. I have never had high blood pressure before. I need a refund!! I had to make an emergency trip to my doctor.

Company is probably a scam. I ordered 3 bottles and then as an upsell order an additional 6 bottles. I was quickly approved and.unknowingly charged but charged for 12 bottles not 6. I was also unknowingly charged for 6 bottles of Night Guide. I have been trying to get my money refunded but I am having a tough time getting it . STEER CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY. They’re a predator and have no interest in your welfare whatsoever.
