The product I ordered was problematic for me and can possibly be because of other medications I take. Angelica that I messaged and messaged me back was extremely helpful and understanding about why I was canceling my recurring shipments due to my wanting to review with my Dr. She first offered me a 15 day hold then when I cancelled after 15 days she was going to give me 2 mo hold. I explained as for as right now I wanted to completely cancel the subscription since I wasn't due to see my Dr again for a few months and she totally understood and wanted to know if I was interested in her sending me 2 different studies regarding the research that had been done with trials they had conducted. I have not gotten back with her on that yet but want to write this review now about how pleased I was with all her help and being so understanding about my issues. If my Dr gives me an answer that it probably wasn't a medication reaction I may try it again and I know Angelica will be able to assist me.

I cancelled Amala Primecell on May 20 and they sent me more, charged me more, for arrival June 23. They don’t do a good job of cancelling and taking my $.
Jan worked amazingly hard to make sure my situation was taken care of. I thought I had ordered a product only one time. Apparently I had ordered it as a repeat mail out. Jane took the time to make sure my order was canceled and was very quick to respond to my concern and correct my mistake. I have no problem with the product. I just did not use it as much as I needed to to make a decision to order it more. Amala Health is a great company to work with and truly exceeded my expectations.

I have tried 3 times to cancel this subscription. It was not apparent when I first bought the product that I was signing up for a subscription. I was unimpressed with the product and when my second shipment was announced just days after I received my original order, I emailed them to cancel the subscription. I have received no communication from them except to say they are shipping again - on the same day I received another unwanted shipment. I have emailed their customer service, visited the website and telephoned and despite promises to handle the situation, they are not only still charging me for a product I don't want, they are increasing the frequency of shipment.
