Dream Patches! Game changer!
I have really enjoyed using the Dream Patches over the past few weeks. I think they do help with my sleep but don't have the bad side effects that come with taking magnesium. Other than the lengthy shipping time everything else has been great. Customer service was helpful.

NAD+ Patches!
I tried out the NAD+ patches and I thought it was an overall good experience! I did not have any issues with patches not sticking or skin irritation, but I do not have sensitive skin. I used the patches a couple different times of day and I for the afternoon or after a nap was the time I saw the biggest impact with focus. I will keep consistently using them and would like to try some others. Not the most drastic difference but I did feel a small mental clarity boost.

I usually need something sweet after eating anything and this significantly reduced the craving. However, the scale didn't budge (even went up a little despite eating much less) after 6 weeks of use. I have sensitive skin and the patches didn't leave a mark. Overall worth a try!
