Great delivery driver. It’s a shame the schedule is so restricting and items can’t be delivered before a specific time. Every few minutes early could mean the driver may get home just a little bit earlier which I am sure he deserves as they work hard!
I purchased a second Dyson fan, when opening it didn’t fit together properly, I did not want to cause any damage so returned it. The store resolved the issue and sent a photo. I decided I wanted to continue with the return but would be happy to cover the delivery. £57.50 was deducted from my refund, I find this very excessive and unnecessary. I would not consider using this company again nor recommending them.

With reference to your 1* review of J C Campbell Electrics. You purchased a Dyson fan from us on 2/8/24. On the 5/8/24 you contacted our office to advise that it was faulty and sent us a photograph to back this up.
We arranged for Parcelforce to collect the faulty fan and return it to us. When received we set the fan up and could find no fault. When we notified you of this you asked could you have a refund.
When your refund was processed, and you queried the amount deducted you were advised by email that an admin cost of £25.00 to cover the return postage and a restocking charge of £32.50 for the item as you no longer wanted the item were deducted. This amount is usually 20% of the original price however in your case we only deducted 10% as you had the postage to cover as well.
Had the fan been faulty none of these charges would have applied, as it was not faulty the customer is liable for the return charge and as the fan had been unboxed and not returned as new, we had to deduct a restocking fee as we are no longer able to sell it as new.
