The experience was very pleasant from start to finish. I found what I wanted on the website, reserved it and was promptly called by a member of the team. They talked me through the whole process and I received my car within a week

0 stars. Terrible service

Terrible service. It took 2 weeks for me to get both heating and hot water at the same time. As a result I have opened a complaint and explained that I will not pay until my complaint has been completed. I have received a letter explaining that this can take 4 weeks. At the same time their accounts department keep phoning me asking for money, and have now explained that I have to pay and my complaint (compensation will be given to me afterworlds) when they have no need to deal with my complaint at all. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. If I could give them no stars I would.

Installation from hell

When we booked our installation we were told it was a one day job. They installed the boiler on a Monday, on the Tuesday I phoned because I couldn’t get hot water and heating at the same time. I was told I would have to manually control it until the electrician could come out. Installations would not speak to me about an electrician on the Tuesday.
Wednesday I managed to speak to someone who told me I needed to book an electrician, but there weren’t any available until Friday.
Friday the electrician came out and broke a panel in the boiler so glued it back together.
Monday week 2 someone from Bosch came out and fixed the boiler, but I still only have hot water or heating.
Tuesday week 2 another electrician came out and said it’s the programmer but he couldn’t replace it because it wasn’t covered in my insurance so I had to call Health Link who I had never heard of. I phone HomeServe and they said they would replace the programmer but it couldn’t be done until Friday because they needed to order the part. Then they phoned me back to say someone could come out on Wednesday because they carry the part. About 10 minutes later I got a phone call from the engineer coming out to ask me what make the programmer was. I had no idea, it has no markings on it.
I still have either hot water or heating and am waiting for it to be finally resolved but I think I may have to pay someone else to fix what HomeServe started.

I brought these for my daughter who…

I brought these for my daughter who loves them. She’s only 11 and they are a nice environmentally friendly alternative to pads.
