I originally found a Tesla through Car360 and decided to go ahead with it. I was told the car would come with a parcel shelf and that it was on order, but it was not there when I collected the car. The car itself was fine, although I was not able to test drive it beforehand. In hindsight, if I had been able to test drive it, I probably would not have bought it because of personal preferences. I did return that car without any issues, and the return process itself was straightforward.
I then gave Car360 another chance and found another car through them. This vehicle was not even on site when I bought it; it was sitting at an auction yard with a flat 12V battery. I then waited five weeks to collect it. On collection, the car looked good at first glance, but the handover was poor. The person doing the handover started the process, then walked off with the iPad to do something else, and we were left waiting. The next thing we saw was him walking out with his backpack and leaving. It was a bad look and did not feel like a proper handover.
Once the car was outside, it was obvious the valet and preparation were below standard. There were smears all over the bodywork, polishing compound left in the gaps and watermarks across the car. These were not major defects, but they should not have been there on a car being handed over to a customer.
Within the first five days I noticed a crunching noise, so I contacted Car360 and returned the car for inspection. The fault was diagnosed as a loose driveshaft and was fixed the same day, which I appreciate, especially as I live nearby. But there was no apology and no proper communication. I also emailed asking what would happen to the 7-day return period while the car was with them and never received a response.
The following day, while slowing down for traffic lights at around 4–6mph, the car unexpectedly changed from Drive into Park automatically. After two faults in the first week of ownership, I had completely lost confidence in the car and in the whole experience. I contacted Car360 and explained that I wanted to return it. As I was refusing to drive it any further because it would have put my insurance at risk, they collected the car. I did warn the person about the issues, but he did not care in the slightest. Returning the vehicle was not a problem, but again there was no apology and no sense that my concerns were being taken seriously.
One thing that stood out throughout was the repeated talk about Car360’s “high standards”. In my experience, those standards did not seem to extend to communication, responding to emails or apologising when faults appeared shortly after collection. When a customer has waited five weeks for a car and then has two issues within the first week, I would expect reassurance, accountability and proper customer care. Instead, the lack of acknowledgement made the whole situation more frustrating.
Overall, the staff were polite enough and the return process itself was handled, but polite staff do not make up for poor preparation, faulty cars and silence when things go wrong. The handover, valet, after-sales support and communication were all well below what I would expect from a dealer talking about high standards. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them and I certainly would not use them again.
I bought my car from Car360 in November 2025 and, to be fair, my experience started off really well. The car looked great and I was genuinely pleased with it. A few months after buying it, I had a small issue, but their customer service was excellent. They sorted it out quickly with no fuss, so I came away thinking they were a company that looked after their customers.
Sadly, that's no longer how I feel.
Just 8 months after buying the car, it's now completely undriveable and stuck on my driveway. It has multiple warning lights on the dashboard, error messages all over the infotainment system, and the car simply won't move.
The car is only just over 3 years old, had around 6,000 miles on it when I bought it, and has only just reached 11,000 miles. You simply don't expect a car of this age, with such low mileage, to suffer a major fault that leaves it completely unusable after only 8 months of ownership. This isn't normal wear and tear or a minor repair – it's a serious issue that has left the car stranded on my drive with no indication of when it'll be back on the road.
I understand that faults can happen with any vehicle, and I'm not saying Car360 caused the problem. What has really disappointed me is how they've dealt with it. After spending a significant amount of money on one of their cars, I expected them to offer some support or at least help me through the process. Instead, I was simply told it was a Volkswagen issue and that I needed to sort it out myself.
I've tried contacting Volkswagen, but the earliest they can even look at the car is 17th August. In the meantime, I've been left with a car that's been sitting on my drive for over a week, completely unusable, and I feel like Car360 have just washed their hands of the situation because the warranty has only just expired.
It's such a shame because my first experience with them was genuinely positive, and I would have happily recommended them. But when something this serious has happened so soon after buying the car, I've been left feeling completely on my own. For a car that's only just over three years old, has only covered 11,000 miles, and was sold to me just 8 months ago, I expected far better support than this.
We sold our Skoda Enyaq to CarSource360 via Autotrader dealer auction. Paul came to collect and was fantastic, paid off the finance whilst I watched. We were a bit nervous as first time selling a car this way but would recommend CarSource360.

After everything we’ve been through over the last several months, I felt it was important to leave a review, particularly for Izzy, who has been absolutely fantastic throughout.
Unfortunately, the original vehicle we purchased developed a number of recurring faults shortly after delivery. Despite repair attempts through the manufacturer’s network, the same issues returned, which understandably became very frustrating and knocked our confidence in the car itself.
However, where Car360 really stood out was in how they handled the situation.
From the very beginning, Izzy was professional, approachable and genuinely empathetic. She always responded to emails promptly, kept us updated throughout, and never made us feel like we were being ignored or that our concerns weren’t being taken seriously. Even when there wasn’t an immediate answer, she would come back to us once she’d spoken with management and always kept the communication flowing.
Rather than trying to avoid the problem, Car360 worked with us to find a fair resolution. Izzy explored every possible option, from arranging repairs and discussing rejection, through to helping us source a replacement vehicle. She remained patient while we considered different cars, answered every question we had, and even persevered through multiple finance applications until we found a solution that worked for us.
Throughout the entire process I genuinely felt she wanted to help rather than simply process another customer complaint, and that made a huge difference during what could otherwise have been a very stressful experience.
Even after taking delivery of the replacement vehicle, the support hasn’t stopped. When we noticed a few small issues after delivery, Izzy responded immediately, acted promptly and has continued to check in and assist wherever she can.
No company wants a vehicle to develop faults, and I don’t judge Car360 on the fact that the original car had problems. What matters to me is how a business responds when something does go wrong, and in that respect Car360 have been excellent.
A huge thank you to Izzy in particular. Your professionalism, communication, patience and genuine willingness to help turned what could have been a very negative experience into one that ultimately ended with a resolution we were happy with. You are a real credit to Car360, and I hope your management recognise the level of customer service you’ve provided.

I decided to make the change from petrol to electric and had a look around a few places, but was a little put off by the lack of info for electric vehicles. I found car 360 who specialise in Ev’s and found the information about the vehicles much more in depth i.e. battery healthy and spec features.
I was a bit sceptical at first with it being solely online. However once Harry contacted me, after putting a reservation down, my mind was at ease with the entire process.
Setting up the sale and even the trade in of my old vehicle couldn’t have been easier.
Even on the day of delivery, John was very knowledgeable in showing me around the vehicle and all the features and settings.
