No problems from the start easy to book amazing holiday

Placed an order for x2 gift sets 1st October for the new pre order bubble gum vodka.
Meant to be dispatched 5th October. One of the gift sets was for a 30th birthday party I attended on Saturday 8th October I had to nip to shops to buy as replacement present as i hadn’t received the vodka.
It’s now 11th October and I’m still waiting haven’t even had a dispatch email.
This is unacceptable I’ve emailed customer services a couple of times but only had a generic email response.

Don’t use this site hidden charges you didn’t agree too then report your reviews on here as spam so they get removed

Took £5 then 3 days later £50 had to cancel card and bank refunding luckily
