No way of contacting a human being to sort out a very minor issue about my holiday
It was very easy to book my package holiday to Benidorm. However the only disappointment was the luggage allowance. I'd of thought you'd of recognised the your customers need luggage instead of telling us to book with our carriers

Sadly the hotel wasn't as good as previous visits july 2026.due to the football they chose to cash out. Rather than providing seating for us the paying guests. We will be back in September 2026.this year then we will be looking for a new hotel in Cyprus to stay in on our future visits. Windmills really did show us another side to their family run business. They should have really thought about people like us that are repeate customers for their hotel. So Sadly after September we will not be returning to Windmills again. Once bitten we move on and spend our money eles where.

Had one of the best holidays ,apart from my husband getting ill . But the staff at maxwell went above and beyond to help me , and made our holiday fun and relaxing. Dave at the tattoo shop was amazing . Had 3 tattoos done and they are amazing already planned next year's with him. We've already booked for next July and never know maybe even get back this year.

Absolutely appalling customer service. I booked my holiday then tried to change my hotel. I successfully did this and the price suddenly rocketed to £8000! The calculations on the booking confirmation calculate it to be around £5000. I have tried to cancel several times but I keep getting re sent the booking confirmation email. I have tried using the chat and raising tickets, but they keep getting closed before they have been resolved. We have never had a family holiday with our children and were thoroughly looking forward to it. This has completely ruined it and we just want to cancel so we can re book with another company with people that you can actually speak to! Avoid avoid avoid.
From paying for 10 nights too only staying nine because you change my flights too the hotel too be absolutely abysmal from the air-conditioning leaking all over clothes in one room too both toilets not flushing hotel staff no point in telling as they didn’t do anything about it I’ve tried everything too get in touch with on the beach but what’s the point you had my money but no help from your company what so ever

I only booked a hoilday last week, not noticing that the hotel is up on the mountains and there wild boar and a lot of flighting and bad language and people being stabbed with forks and no long want to take my 7 year old to this hotel, I only found this out after reading reviews, I’m no longer happy about this hoilday anymore and don’t think you would be if you was taking your child to this hotel
