You need to make it right. Damage a card then say you don’t pay under $100 so customer gets a gift card. Get real , you damaged the card, you don’t control the narrative.
You need to make it right with customers when you damage their card and say you don’t pay for cards under $100 .. But u get a gift card. Thats a complete joke. Who gives you the right to damage someone’s card , tell them what it’s worth, when maybe it has personal value , or maybe someone wanted to pay 3 times the price for that card . Instead you didn’t fulfill your promise as a business then didn’t give the owner a choice or even make it right. Your company is something else . You need to learn the customer comes first or you’re not going to have any pretty soon. His names Brandon and it was a 1996 precious metal D Mutombo card that you said was a 9.5 but after your company damaged it it’s now a 3 grade. Pretty sure you can look his case up and make that right bc that’s some disgusting shady shit . I don’t know the guy but I’m assisting him blasting social media until this is taken care of . Do everyone a favor and do the right thing. It’s a hobby and really correct business ethics.
