At Trustpilot, it's all about human content. This business can also access our AI-assisted response tool which helps them draft replies.
Not recommendable
Their web-portal, support, account-management and GPSR compliance is criticizable.
It took them more than a week to reply to a very basic support request. Fortunately I hadn't commissioned any production systems to IONOS, this was just an initial "test-run" for evaluation.
And it was impossible for them to delete my payment-card information, hence the claim of not being GDPR compliant.
When I finally got in touch with them, they couldn't find my account, even after sending them a screen-dump of the account details from the web-portal (I was able to login to the account!).
I cannot recommend this company as a serious business partner.

Absolute horror story
Absolute horror story. My client's website was deleted due to a contract change, even though I had called twice and gotten a confirmation from two different employees that it wouldn't be affected. Nonetheless, it was just gone. After calling again, they admitted it was their error and apparently created a ticket for reinstating it. Guess what happened? Nothing. We kept calling and writing and got the confirmation that nothing was done, that people weren't doing their job about the tickets. Now it's been almost two weeks, the website is still down and no useful response/responsibility is in sight. Absolute nightmare and pure trash for someone who depends on a professional presence.
