Products never arrived
We never received our order. There was an email that says it shipped on 12.16 but the DHL tracking number only says it was scanned on that day but nothing about it being shipped. The order was made on 5.12. It is now 28.12. Now they keep asking for reviews on a product we did not receive. Wonderful.
Be upfront. Let your customers know it is running late. Respond to your emails from customers with more than just an automated response telling them to look in their garage or at the neighbor's house. It's basic customer service.
We will never order another product from this company if this is not resolved satisfactorily and with an apology.

My parcel was supposed to ship 20 days after I order the item because it was out of stock which is totally understandable. Today exactly 3 MONTHS later still have not received my order neither a response from support since 17/10
