Clarence was very helpful in resolving my issue of a non-working (cooling) product. I requested a return on this item and am awaiting an additional email with warehouse address to return product.

Victoria was helpful but your claim that Epicooler cooler is misleading I’m not satisfied with the claim/product as it doesn’t cool down at all. The heater works but it doesn’t Cool at all.

This scam company has stolen almost $500 from me. They charged me twice. When I tried to cancel the second charge, they gave me a runaround about it already being dispatched. The order that I did consent to I paid for the faster shipping and according to their tracking site it still has not shipped. I’ll be reporting them to every available consumer protection agency and leaving reviews in every corner of the internet in the hopes of preventing anyone else from being robbed.

Need to better explain the charges. I ordered 2 bottles of the cleaner?

Was very disappointed that no final invoice total was visible until the order items were selected for purchase. I am depending on the 30-day guarantee to be correct in case these items aren't as advertised. You added some costs to the product without disclosing them before purchase. Again, very disappointed for that.

Epicooler is a scam I purchased an air conditioner and all I got was excuses about there was a “hiccup” in their system and they would credit my account with them if I would order more air conditioners from them. I asked them just to credit my credit card with the original amount I had spent ($157.95) and they cutoff all communication with me. Do not purchase anything from Epicooler it is a SCAM!

I’ve been trying since June 4th to get a refund emails get passed around worse customer support if you call it that no support they offer in store credit promotional offers which doesn’t amount to anything they’ve scammed me won’t return my money bbb is aware along with the ftc they will block your number if you call them ridiculous advertisement nothing but scammers take advantage of the elderly people they have no shame I have sent documents of the transaction to them they all have the same answers no record of the amount

I so wanted the EpicCooler. I would have been satisfied if I had my order filled but alas. The truth is there. Only so many were made and I missed the boat. Hope there is another round later on.
