I love having the variety of food and convenience of hello fresh. It makes meal times easy and more enjoyable. I have however knocked a star off as there have been numerous occasions where ingredients that need to be kept cold have been placed outside of the cool box and are therefore warm and have to be binned. It is easy to report ingredient problems and get some credit back but it is frustrating how often it happens.
