Had a pre-order in for an item and was charged for it, later they returned the payment because they "ran out of stock from a live show", isnt that what pre-order is for? To secure an order. Shipping was paid in advance for the 2 items but I only received one, but the shipping cost never changed. This was a first time purchase from this seller as well. I will go elsewhere going forward. The true Japanese sites ive used are far more better imo.

Concerning shipping, the order was split due to product availability. The shipping cost applied corresponds to the initial order conditions, which are clearly stated at checkout.
About customs fees, all shipments are sent from France, and this information is explicitly stated on our website, including a dedicated section regarding potential customs charges depending on the destination country. These fees are determined by local authorities and are outside of our control.
That said, we understand your frustration regarding the additional costs. As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer a refund of the difference in shipping fees if needed.
