Very safe and nice driver

Worst delivery company in Spain.
They don't even bother, Driver would leave your heavy shipment in a pickup point , but they never let you know where and which one.
Their AI is a joke and never answer a phone call.
Avoid SEUR at all costs , I cannot understand how they are still in business or why companies are still using them.
Also their database is known to be hacked and used by hackers for various scams. Never open a pseudo SMS from SEUR.

Purchased a furniture on their website.
Furniture is subcontracted to ok living.
Never received the delivery shipped DPD after over a month.
Leroy Merlin has NOT provided any support, hiding behind its supplier ok living.
DPD shipping is subcontracting the shipment too.
No one can be reached.
