Ordered a large cat enclosure ..hotel…

Ordered a large cat enclosure ..hotel de cat.it arrived quickly .we ran into problems assembling it ,little parts missing.my husband called costumer service and the lady was lovely and said no problem ,she would get the guy in the warehouse to sort us out and send on the part.but unfortunately we never got a call back was left hanging on all day waiting for the call .was very disappointed. We managed to get it together but it's a pity we were left hanging and if my husband wasn't a handyman we wouldn't have been able to fix it.
Have just looked at the reply and thank you for answering .hopefully this was just a glitch in communication s as I do recommend your company as its Irish and has a good standard in delivery and product.

Left outside .without knocking.

Didn't ring or knock at door.was in all day only noticed package when I opened the front door and seen it.it could have been robbed.fastest drivers usually don't wait for an answer or don't bother waiting to see if anyone is home

Find that they have great bargain hols and very easy to book ..can pay i together or instalments.They get back to you quickly if you have enquiries.have booked a few times with them and find them very efficient.

Don't trust this company

Don't trust this company. Rip off. My account was hacked. 312 euro worth of roblox gift codes. I got no emails notifying me of the purchases. Usually buy 20 euro or 10 euro roblox virtual card. I always get an email with the codes but this time In 2 days someone hacked my account and redeemed 50 ero vouchers that came to 312 euro including taxes. Can't understand why I didn't get a notification emails.only discovered this when checking my bank balance. I have no refund and I am out of money. So I would advise everyone to be very careful with your details. Don't buy online.this company will just walk away and you will be out of pocket. Scammers used my account. Got reply saying sorry. Still out of 312 euro. I set up a recurring payment on PayPal and startselect never emailed me of the large amounts and I didn't receive any codes. So they are definately at fault not PayPal. Update... They said it didn't look fraudulent it was like a normal transaction..i normally get a email with the code, no email and normally spend 20 or 10 euro but there were all 50euro virtual codes someone bought 4 ,50 euro cards on the same day and time 208euro including tax. 2.. 50 euro cards just before and that wasn't suspicious?be very careful as I said not a good company..good for taking your money but not for refunding. I have cancelled my account.

Sorry to hear your Paypal account is abused for several purchases. As mentioned by email the codes that were ordered are unfortunately used. Since the order was Roblox, just as pretty much every order since you are a customer, it did not look like a fraudulent purchase. If you have further questions, reply to our latest email.

Very quick delivery. But update on returning goodss

Very quick delivery. good company........ I have always said they are a good company but I ran I to a problem. I bought trainers for my son. I bought them through the English store. He tried them on and they are too small. I lost my receipt but I had my invoice on my phone, I brought them back to the nearby store,here limerick ,but they couldn't exchange them or give a credit note as I needed a note from the company in England. I went on their costumer service line and was told that I had to return online goods online, which I didn't realize. Just to let people know
that formation. I think the 28 days return are up now as I got them in May for his birthday last week. I Iost the receipt but I have the invoice and PayPal invoice.aboui wasn't aware about the bought online situation.. as I was being relaxed about the 28 day return thinking I could just go to my local store

I would advise everyone to keep your…

I would advise everyone to keep your money and don't trust this company. I ran into a problem downloading the app on my kids tablet. But dispute several emails they just won't refund me. They need evidence of the problem. They know I haven set it up they can see u haven't used it. I have explained I can't screenshot a app that just freezes and won't download but I am talking to the wall. The same response no refund. What is the technical problem? send them more info?IT won't download. I advise everyone to stay clear of this company...... I got a refund through PayPal I had to open a dispute and they went in my favour. Pay through PayPal is my advice.too little too late. Only getting offered refund after posting review and getting my settlement off PayPal.
